You Are Not Behind: Keep Building is a message for young adults who feel late before life has even really started.
A lot of young people worry about picking the perfect major, landing the perfect job, or making a certain salary right out of the gate. In this episode, I share my own path, from joining the Navy at 19, to working in IT support at 25, going back to college at 29, graduating with a newborn at 32, serving in public health and emergency management through my late 30s, becoming an EMS Captain at 41, and eventually leading an enterprise IT PMO.
There was no straight line. There was no perfect plan. There was just steady ownership, discipline, and the next responsible step.
Your twenties are not a deadline. They are a runway. You are not behind. Keep building.
