You already know what to do. You know what not to do.
You’ve read the plans, built the checklists, and lived the lessons.
But knowing isn’t the issue — remembering why you started is.
This Focus Friday builds on When Strategy Fails: Fix the Intent Gap and connects lessons from The Stability Equation and The People, Process, and Progress of Project Management.
When strategy drifts, we revisit leader’s intent.
When life drifts, we revisit our own.
Resetting your intent means getting back to the core of who you are and why you do what you do: in the gym, at work, or at home.
Start by realigning your people, process, and progress:
- Reconnect with those who hold you accountable
- Rebuild the daily process that keeps you grounded
- Reignite one pillar that drives your growth: Ownership, Mindfulness, Movement, Boundaries, Connection, Sleep, or Faith
Before the day ends, write one sentence: “My intent is to…”
Then live it.
Thank you all for listening, sharing, and leaving a review.
Stay safe, wash your hands, and Godspeed,
Kevin
