Today marks the first Faith in Action Friday, Lessons in Faith from Viktor Frankl, and I wanted to begin with someone who helped me reconnect with faith during a time when my inner compass felt off. Viktor Frankl endured the worst kind of suffering and still found a way to hold on to meaning. His story brought me back to a simple truth. Faith is not a ceremony. It is not a system. It is a decision to trust that your story still has purpose even when life feels unclear.
Many people have lost faith in something larger than themselves. They have also lost faith in others and in their own ability to carry the weight of life. I have been there, and Frankl’s words reminded me that faith in meaning, faith in people, and faith in ourselves can be rebuilt.
In this episode I share how Frankl’s message helped me reset, and how faith ties into people, process, and progress. We explore the inner process of choosing how we show up, the progression of one small decision at a time, and the importance of not carrying everything alone.
A question for you today:
Where in your life have you been carrying the weight alone when a little faith could lighten the load?
