    • Review the tips and guidance at the top of the worksheet
    • Filling out the spreadsheet
      • Column A: Enter employer you worked on project for
      • Column B: ID is not required
      • Column C: Enter name of project you worked on
      • Columns D & E: Enter the start and end dates
        • This will auto calculate in columns F & G
      • Column H: Enter an estimated % of time you spent doing Project Management
        • This will auto calculate in Column I
      • Columns J through N: Enter estimated % time spent in each Waterfall phase
        • Total will auto calculate in Column O
        • Should equal 100%
      • Column V: Choose role on project from drop down
        • Administrator
        • Consultant
        • Educator
        • Manager
        • Other
        • Project Contributor
        • Project Leader
        • Associate Project Manager
        • Project Manager
        • Senior Project Manager
        • Supervisor
      • Column W: Type up 3-4 sentences summarizing the work you did on the project
        • Try to be succinct, but include some details
