PPP04: Kipling’s “If” Adapted for Project Managers

Well, not originally…but it could be.

One of my favorite pieces of writing is Rudyard Kipling’s “If”. It speaks to staying true to one’s self when others are doubting, to working hard and pushing through hardships. As a Project Manager this poem speaks to me and is relatable to the ups and downs of facilitating a good process and supporting a strong team. I took the liberty of adapting Kipling’s great work to provide insight into what it I think it takes to be a Project Manager.
