Talk to Someone, Not your Ego

Great article from Men’s Health and thanks to a good friend for sharing it. We as men should accept help, not shy away from it or let our egos keep us from talking to someone. Some days are dark and hard to get through, but it’s possible. Talking to someone, even if they haven’t been in your exact situation helps process things. Please stay in the fight and talk to someone.
